The above listed institution TEST PRO LLC and student enter into agreement under which the student will pay tuition and fees as indicated below.

Refund Policy

A full refund of the cost of the service is possible before preparing a resume

Terms of payment:

$500 per month minimum 3 months ($1500)

(even if the student is employed in the first month)

If there is no payment for 2 and the third months, then the resume sending will be suspended until the date of payment renewal.

 

Conditions

To start the program requires that the student pass successfully complete the course with at least 80% progress and receive a QA Engineer CERTIFICATE. Fill out the form with personal data. Mock interview passed successfully, in Test Pro’s sole discretion, with approved resume. Provision of documentation confirming work permit in the country of the job search.

Code of Conduct

To successfully complete all the steps to receive an offer, we have outlined several guiding rules to follow:

Be punctual - All students to be on time to all scheduled Phone screen interviews and hired manager interviews, all job interviews, and other time-sensitive obligations. Punctuality and respect for others' time are some of our main principles.

Participate – Set up Google calendar and sync it with mobile devices. In Google Calendar, keep track of your events and times, whether it's work, appointments, vacations, or going to the doctor, so we can see what time you can be for an interview. We believe strongly that participating is the biggest indicator of success.

Ask for Help – TEST PRO LLC encourages students to proactively reach out to teachers, team leads, or fellow students for help.

Be decent – TEST PRO LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism or cheating of any kind.

Respect others – TEST PRO LLC students and staff have diverse backgrounds. Students are expected to contribute to creation of a positive environment for everyone by being respectful, tolerant, and open-minded. TEST PRO LLC strives for a welcoming place to learn with encouragement, support, and active listening.

No Harassment Policy – TEST PRO LLC is a place to learn. We aim to create an environment of mutual trust and absence of intimidation, oppression, and exploitation. Students and staff should be able to work and learn in a safe, stimulating atmosphere. As such, TEST PRO LLC follows the Code of Conduct and will not tolerate to any extent any form of harassment, verbal or physical conduct designed to threaten or intimidate others, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: verbal harassment includes comments that are offensive or unwelcome regarding a person’s nationality, origin, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, body, disability or appearance, including epithets, slurs and negative stereotyping. Nonverbal harassment includes distribution, display or discussion of any written or graphic material that ridicules, denigrates, insults, belittles or shows hostility, aversion or disrespect toward an individual or group because of national origin, race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, appearance, disability, sexual identity, marital or other protected status.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in deferral or removal from the service Job Assist. In the event of the removal, student’s Income Share Agreement or tuition refund will be prorated as described in the Payment, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy below.

 

Payment, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

A student who signs the Student Agreement but cancels on or before the end of the fifth (5th) business day* following the date of the payment of this service receives a full refund.

  1. A student who signs the Student Agreement Job Assist but cancels after the end of the fifth (5th) business day following the date of the payment of this service but before the end of the 4th week of classes receives a prorated refund of the applicable upfront tuition in accordance with the table set forth below.
  2. The foregoing refund policy applies to a student who gets removed from QA Bootcamp due to violations of the Code of Conduct. 
  3. If a student does not comply with the requirements described herein, this Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by TEST PRO LLC without refund.

 In order to job offer, the student must satisfy all the following::

  1. Complete the course with at least 80% progress and receive a QA Engineer CERTIFICATE.
  2. Fill out the form with personal data.
  3. Mock interview passed successfully, in Test Pro’s sole discretion, with approved resume.
  4. Provision of documentation confirming work permit in the country of the job search.
  5. Thorough preparation for each interview.
  6. Completion of the feedback form after each interview. Otherwise, TEST PRO LLC will suspend the distribution of the student’s resume until will fill out the form feedback.
  7. Mandatory video review that TEST PRO LLC can use for advertising purposes.

 TEST PRO LLC will:

  1. Prepare the student’s resume within 4 business days after filling out the form with personal data, signing an agreement, verify employment authorization, and passing a knowledge assessment test.
  2. Create the student’s accounts at 4 job search sites.
  3. Submit at least 200 per month within your country (priority is your city).
  4. Prepare for month statistics on distribution resume for which responses had been made during the period that commences on the date of the student's connection to the distribution of the student’s resume and ends receiving a job offer.
  5. Provide email support during the period that commences on the date of the student's connection to the distribution of the student’s resume and ends receiving a job offer.

 

ALTHOUGH PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED, TEST PRO LLC CANNOT GUARANTEE A JOB TO ANY STUDENT OR GRADUATE. 

 

Nondisclosure agreement

TEST PRO may share data with the student for purposes of the learning process.

All the data, learning materials, recorded classes, homework materials, etc. are copyrighted and are the property of TEST PRO.

Any commercial or non-commercial disclosure of this information by the undersigned student to a third party will be considered copyright infringement and will result in legal action.

Confidential Information includes, without limitation: 

  1. nonpublic information relating to TEST PRO learning process and business, and 
  2. third-party information that TEST PRO is obligated to keep confidential.

Indemnification. Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TEST PRO LLC and its affiliates against any losses, damages, liabilities, assessments, costs, charges, or claims arising out of a breach of this Agreement by the undersigned student or the student’s representatives (including reasonable attorneys' fees).

Student agrees to allow TEST PRO to use his\her name and feedback (including direct quotes) in company marketing materials, including emails, website, and other collateral.

Arbitration 

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, as well as any future conflict or dispute between the parties, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (“JAMS”) in Orange County, California.  The arbitrator shall determine the rights and obligations of the parties according to the substantive and procedural laws of California.  The student acknowledges that by agreeing to arbitration, the student is giving up the right to a jury trial.  The parties agree that any award issued in the arbitration will be final, binding, and unappealable except as provided and allowed under California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1286.2 and 1286.6.  The parties agree that the award may be conformed to and enforced as a judgment in accord with California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1285.  By execution of this Agreement, the parties are deemed to have consented that judgment on the award may be entered in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange.

 

Attorneys’ Fees  

In the event of any dispute hereunder, the prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation will be entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs (including, but not limited to, expert costs) that may be incurred in obtaining or collecting any judgment and/or arbitration award.

 

Student Consent

By my signature, I agree to the conditions of this agreement. I also verify that I have read and received a copy of this agreement and the school catalog.
