The above listed institution TEST PRO LLC and student enter into agreement under which the student will pay tuition and fees as indicated below. 

Program

Internship

In total, there will be about 8 different tasks available in three categories:
– Testing a web application using databases
– Mobile testing
– Testing REST API applications using databases
 
Weekly Retrospective & Planning meetings in Agile Scrum environment.
Daily stand-up meetings with a team.
Weekly Q&A meetings with an instructor.
An emulation of the release process.
 
Day 1: Retrospective and Grooming/Planning meeting
Day 2: Standup meeting (no instructor will be present)
Day 3: Questions & Answers session with an instructor
Day 4: Standup meeting (no instructor will be present)
Day 5: Standup meeting (no instructor will be present)

All classes start at 6:00 PM PT Monday through Friday

Attendance

Attendance is required and is monitored by school during streaming video classes and group meetings. Attendance is critical to succeed in the program.

Students may miss no more than three hours per month and are required to contact TESTPRO LLC  Student Success team lead regarding missing hours. 

Course Certifications

During the course, students will have several certification tests. Testing allows TESTPRO LLC to assess student's progress through the course, identify areas of practice and assign individual help.

Graduation from the program requires that the student pass successfully, in the sole determination of TESTPRO LLC, final mock-interview, and that the student’s resume is approved by TESTPRO LLC. If TESTPRO LLC determines a student is falling behind in the course, a team lead member will proactively reach out to the student about the best path forward to complete the course.

Code of Conduct

To ensure student graduates, we have outlined several guiding rules to follow:

Be punctual – TESTPRO LLC expects all students to be on-time to all scheduled classes and meetings, class hours, job interviews, and other time-sensitive obligations. Punctuality and respect for others' time is one of our main principles.

Participate – TESTPRO LLC expects each student to actively participate in the course by attending all lectures, being present online during course hours or in person (for Hybrid type of course – online/in-class ), engaging with teachers and team leads, and collaborating with other students. We believe strongly that participating is the biggest indicator of success.

Complete All Coursework – TESTPRO LLC expects students to complete all assignments given as part of the course. Repetition is key to solidifying the foundation of knowledge. 

Ask for Help – TESTPRO LLC encourages students to proactively reach out to teachers, team leads, or fellow students for help.

Be decent – TESTPRO LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism or cheating of any kind.

Respect others – TESTPRO LLC students and staff have diverse backgrounds. Students are expected to contribute to creation of a positive environment for everyone by being respectful, tolerant, and open-minded. TEST PRO LLC strives for a welcoming place to learn with encouragement, support, and active listening.

Be professional – TESTPRO LLC is a professional environment. Punctuality, timeliness, accountability, and open communication are crucial not only for student success at Basic QA Bootcamp, but also in careers afterwards. Additionally, professionalism includes protecting internal intellectual property.

No Harassment Policy – TESTPRO LLC is a place to learn. We aim to create an environment of mutual trust and absence of intimidation, oppression, and exploitation. Students and staff should be able to work and learn in a safe, stimulating atmosphere. As such, TESTPRO LLC follows the Code of Conduct and will not tolerate to any extent any form of harassment, verbal or physical conduct designed to threaten or intimidate others, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: verbal harassment includes comments that are offensive or unwelcome regarding a person’s nationality, origin, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, body, disability or appearance, including epithets, slurs and negative stereotyping. Nonverbal harassment includes distribution, display or discussion of any written or graphic material that ridicules, denigrates, insults, belittles or shows hostility, aversion or disrespect toward an individual or group because of national origin, race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, appearance, disability, sexual identity, marital or other protected status.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in deferral or removal from the program. In the event of the removal, student’s Income Share Agreement or tuition refund will be prorated as described in the Payment, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy below.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

New students:
A student who signs the Student Agreement can request a full refund before the second lesson of the program, by written notice sending an email to info@testpro.io or submitting a ticket in the LMS (Learning management system). 
The refunded amount will be 100% of the amount paid by the student minus a $250 Application Fee.
Any refund request made after the second lesson will be prorated according to the "Current students" refund policy.

Current students:
A student can cancel an enrollment agreement or withdraws during a period of attendance if the following requisition is meet:

  1. Cancel by written notice before 60% of completion of the program.
  2. Attendance of at least 95%

In case of approval, the refunded amount will be calculated according to:
Refunded amount = Total amount paid - Tuition/Total lessons of the program*Completed lessons per schedule - $250 Application Fee

Re-enrollment:
Re- enrollment is available up to one year after the first-course starting date. In order to apply for a re-enrollment the student must submit a ticket in the LMS (Learning management system) with the reason “Re-enrollment” to be considered. 
Students are eligible to take the program again for free just once within one year after initial enrollment.
For a re-enrollment to be approved, the student must meet the following requirements:
-    The code of conduct in the contract must be observed as having no inconvenience with any of the points stipulated here.
-    The student must accept to be a “study team leader” in the case that this is requested.
In case the student wants to take the course after one year, the tuition will be $500 USD.

ALTHOUGH PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED, TEST PRO LLC CANNOT GUARANTEE A JOB TO ANY STUDENT OR GRADUATE. 

Nondisclosure agreement

TEST PRO may share data with the student for purposes of the learning process.

All the data, learning materials, recorded classes, homework materials, etc. are copyrighted and are the property of TEST PRO.

Any commercial or non-commercial disclosure of this information by the undersigned student to a third party will be considered copyright infringement and will result in legal action.

Confidential Information includes, without limitation: 

  1. nonpublic information relating to TEST PRO learning process and business, and 
  2. third-party information that TEST PRO is obligated to keep confidential.

Indemnification. Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TESTPRO LLC and its affiliates against any losses, damages, liabilities, assessments, costs, charges, or claims arising out of a breach of this Agreement by the undersigned student or the student’s representatives (including reasonable attorneys' fees).

Student agrees to allow TEST PRO to use his\her name and feedback (including direct quotes) in company marketing materials, including emails, website, and other collateral.

Arbitration 

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, as well as any future conflict or dispute between the parties, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (“JAMS”) in Ventura County, California.  The arbitrator shall determine the rights and obligations of the parties according to the substantive and procedural laws of California.  The student acknowledges that by agreeing to arbitration, the student is giving up the right to a jury trial.  The parties agree that any award issued in the arbitration will be final, binding, and non-appealable except as provided and allowed under California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1286.2 and 1286.6.  The parties agree that the award may be conformed to and enforced as a judgment in accord with California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1285.  By execution of this Agreement, the parties are deemed to have consented that judgment on the award may be entered in the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura.

Attorneys’ Fees  

In the event of any dispute hereunder, the prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation will be entitled to recover all attorneys’ fees and all costs (including, but not limited to, expert costs) that may be incurred in obtaining or collecting any judgment and/or arbitration award.

Student Consent

By my signature, I agree to the conditions of this agreement. I also verify that I have read and received a copy of this agreement.
