1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of services provided by Test Pro LLC, a California limited liability company, located in Los Angeles, CA (“Test Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a webinar, course, internship, or other service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Covered

Test Pro provides:

• Free and paid webinars
• Paid training courses, including QA Engineer, QA Automation, and Internship programs
• Related transactional communications and support services

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including name, email, and phone number
• Agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws

4. SMS, Email, and Phone Communications

By providing your phone number and clicking “Join” or completing registration, you consent to receive transactional text messages (SMS) from Test Pro related to:

• Webinar reminders
• Event updates
• Missed call notifications
• Other service-related information

Details of SMS Program:

• Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per webinar
• Message & Data Rates: May apply depending on your carrier
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance
• Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any paid service

5. Payments and Refunds

We accept Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, and PayPal. Payments must be made in full before participation in paid programs. Refunds are subject to our refund policy provided at the time of purchase.

6. Code of Conduct

When participating in webinars, courses, or events, you agree to:

• Treat other participants with respect
• Not engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior
• Not share proprietary course materials without permission

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Test Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
